Hi, my name is Xander
I'm some what exploring photography and art, and am shooting on a Cannon 450D and a Minolta SRT film camera. Doing VCE photography as well so some of my ideas and concepts are spurred in class talking to my teacher and asking her questions of general smack or opinionating in a constructive way. Christened the schools new darkroom with my 120 b&w film casted from the bronica medium format camera. Mmmm
Started a drawing,
First time in two years that I’ve given time to draw something. And that time went by quickly.
The drawing is no good,
But I’m thinking of pursuing it. Felt good
Playing around with my medium format and digital. I want to get to know this film camera well.
Doing some collaborative work with my brother for a local community project i’m a part of at the moment, would love to hear some feedback about the pictures we’ve taken! Not sure on which ones to print for the exhibition

Found this mushroom growing on a log and made me ask, why do they grow like this? What makes it different to normal fungi that grows out of the ground.
In a biological trance at the moment as I’ve been studying for weeks on an exam I had today which included fungi. Might go find out.
